How Would Communications Coaching Help Me?
The simple answer – it provides clear and creative thinking, impactful messaging and a winning approach, ensuring that leaders are capable and confident communicators in a range of environments.
Imagine you have an important opportunity coming up.
Perhaps it’s a panel presentation, a high-profile media interview or a big investor meeting. It might even be an internal conversation, a chance to inspire and galvanise your employees.
You know what you want to say, but how do you ensure your messages land with confidence, with impact and with empathy?
I specialise in preparing senior leaders and their teams for high-stakes conversations. I empower people to become compelling communicators and to always stay in control. Most importantly, the people I train remain true to themselves by speaking with honesty and integrity. I am a certified leadership coach and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and use my knowledge to further support my coaching.
In an era of rapid change and uncertainty, effective communication has never been more important. Speaking out can lead to great opportunity, but also carries risks.
Most people are not natural communicators, it is a skill that requires development and regular practice.
That’s where a bespoke programme of coaching comes in, built on a strong understanding of the business and the opportunity or challenge that exists.
